Daisy's 'fat' belly
Daisy s currently on 1.5KG, which is a problem in itself, Im starting to wonder if she has trouble putting on weight, coz she gets fed loads, but doesn't put on any actual weight..
The other problem is, she's only 1.5 but she's fat. She feels kinda ike there's a baloon under her fur, if that makes sense.
I couldnt get her a vets app today so she has one tomorrow, anyone have any ideas what might be up with her? Shoud I worry? Anything I should ask the vet about?
Thanks
Sarah

I would definitely take her to the vet if you are worried. If you think there is a problem in a particular area, get it checked out and it will ease your mind.
I know you can feed buns porridge oats to help them gain weight.

Re: Daisy's 'fat' belly
She should be nearer 1.8, Vivi is her brother and pretty much a male version of her and he's 2KG.
Its more how round and bloated she feels, for her actual weight. Before that, she was all ribs and spine, and that makes sense for an underweight bun...

Really really good news, my scales lie to me, she's 1.75 KG, and has a spey and dental booked in at one on Thursday.
So, she has a fat belly because... She's fat! Yey.
Best start to the New Yr

Re: Daisy's 'fat' belly
That is great news. When I think of it, my buns always have round bellies, especially in the winter when they get extra food. So glad she is making such good progress. She must be so much happier.
