Invisible bun causing havoc!

Post by Dotdot on Mon Apr 25, 2011 11:07 am

According to my adorable fur babies there has been an invisible bunny pooing and weeing in the hay tray...

Tigger was good at litter training, she got a little confused a few weeks back when I put hay in the litter tray to encourage her even more. Turns out the hay in the litter tray made her think she could poo and wee in the hay tray as well, but when I stopped putting hay in the litter tray she was fine and carried on as normal.
Jeeves was never litter trained from the rescue, he is slowly picking it up. Did some stuff in the hay tray the first night he stayed, has poos in there each night but no wee, and now the past two nights there has been wee and poop in it. I've caught Tigger pooing in it too.
The litter tray is being used for both as well though.

When confronting them this morning, Jeeves popped into the litter tray, did a wee and poo gave me an angelic look and hopped out. Then Tigger followed suit and did the same! So apparently it wasn't them, we have an invisible culprit. Hissy

Ahhh, I have one of those too. It nibbles skirting boards, removes the threads from rugs and has a special talent for removing the filler from between floorboards as if it was spagetti.

Litter habits often go to pot for a while after a bond. Hopefully things will settle down soon.

Nobody is admitting to it at all! And they both proved to me that they do it in the toilet when I sat with them, and also pulled the most angelic faces so who wouldn't believe them! Laughing

Haha oh gosh that invisible bun sure gets around, and it can't be gorgeous Daisy B doing all that haha.

Ahh I didn't realise it goes downhill for a bit after a bond, hopefully they will be back to normal soon.

My little man just does it blatantly in front of us and when we shout "No" he just stops for a few seconds and defies us by carrying on,. If we tell him off again, be will run across the floor binkying. He is saying "I will do what I like and you don't scare me." We can never be cross with him though.
