Re: Fibreplex tips
I read that somewhere. Trust her to be one of the few that doesn't like it.
She spits the majority of it out, I keep finding it about half an hour after I've given her it.

Re: Fibreplex tips
Hi,
I make a puree of a few pellets and boiled water and mix any medicine including Fibreplex in it. Sometimes I add banana or grated apple. As long as they are eating I recommend this method, much less stressful and more reliable than squirting medicine in them.

Re: Fibreplex tips
Hi Diane and welcome to HH
Thanks for your reply. I have actually been out today and got some other stuff as the fibreplex is stressing her out waaaaay too much
If this stuff doesn't work out (which it might not, she's a picky little madam!) I will def give your method a go.
Thanks again

Re: Fibreplex tips
Hi Jo,
I managed to get it down her that way once but you can't get away with it a second time. She's too smart for her own good
Thanks tho

Re: Fibreplex tips
Glad I came across this. We have been given the dreaded Fibreplex today and had to force it in but am now hopeful that if/when he starts eating again we might be able to mix it with food. Thanks everyone. Hope Thumper is doing well with new meds!
