I know one of my boarders used them without any problems although I think they are insured yearly so theres no "life" option? i could be wrong though thats just what she told me, she could have selected that option or they could have changed it since then.
Pets at home have a yearly and a for life option and they are still a good price x

I got this back from exotic direct.
Further to your enquiry, for which we thank you, we would advise that there is not a hard and fast ruling on this. It would depend on the condition, the number and value of claims made etc.
We try not to place exclusions on the policy, but if an animal was treated for tumours for example then this is not curable and would probably be excluded at the following renewal.
