Vibes Please for Parsley/Ud Tues 9:57am ' Getting Better':-)

We are sat up with Parsley as she has terrible diarrhea we have given her meds and some Dioralyte , Mike is just ringing the emergency vet for advice.

Please can we have Vibes for Parsley please as we are so worried about her

How is she doing this morning?

'What a night' Parsley had very bad diarrhea (sorry folks if you are eating at all) and she was panting like mad and we were just off to bed at the time and Mike always check's them for the night and of course we could smell her.
He got her out and cleaned her up and we changed her bedding and Mike gave her some metacam, zantac and metoclopramide and he also gave her some blackcurrant Dioralyte to replace the loss of water and body salts due to her having the 'poops', and she also had fluids, she was so flat out we were really worried about her and that's when Mike rang the emergency vet and I came on the forum for Vibes.
The vet said it sounded as if it was a bad tummy ache ( we were not happy at the cabbage and I think it's upset her tummy) and he said it's no good taking her down as he would have given her the exact same meds and that we were just to keep an eye on her and to ring him back if she got worse.

We went to bed and set the alarm to go off on the hour so we could check her, she is a lot better this morning the 'poops' have stopped but she has now gone in to GI Stasis which can happen after a bad dose of the 'poops'. So Mike is now syringe feeding her.

Parsley is worse and grinding her teeth so we have rang the vet's and made an appointment for 6:00 ( that's all we could get) poor Mike is at the Doctor's then home and then on to the vets in Sunderland .

I really have no idea what is wrong with her but it's more than a tummy ache now

Parsleys glucose levels are very high she is now going to x-ray her I hope to God she hasn't got a blockage, I said last night that I thought she had a blockage and Mike said her tummy was to soft

Please can she have some more vibes please .

Sorry I'm a bit late updating but we have been so busy.

Anyway our vet think's Parsley has a tummy bug or a touch of ileus Mike's brought Parsley home and she is on zantac, metoclopramide and Mike has to give her a Vetergesic injection at 1:00 am, she has had fluids and Imodium syrup (this treats acute attacks of diarrhoea )
she's not eating so she is being syringe fed, and she has a nice heat pad in with her and she's back tomorrow at the vet's along with Koko who is having the growth removed from her ear.

Fingers crossed they will both be ok
