Can Molly and Junior

catch the cold from me?

Molly likes to periscope and poke her nose against mine. It seems like I've trained her using the word "kiss" (or it's just coincidence!). Junior will do it on occasion too.

I'm concerned that they might be able to catch my cold if I keep letting them do it.

Sorry if it's a stupid question but better to be safe than sorry!!

No. The human cold is not a danger to buns.

I didn't think it would be because I used to cuddle Thumper when I had a cold and she was always fine. She wasn't one for poking noses though so thought I'd better check!

I'm not a 100% but we try not to kiss the buns when we have colds and we open a window for fresh air. I have heard they can but I have never seen any proof.

Google seems to think not, but that they can catch herpes if you develop cold-sores

Just to clarify, I do agree with what Maysie is saying, I wouldn't let them do it if my nose was actually running () it's more nose blockage that's the problem!
