Everything is soaked with the garden flooding, the twins house is soaked from top to bottom, there ground was saturated in wet hay, no clue how going to get it dried out. Checked charlie's house seems to be ok, just his run got flooded, floppy's house is ok but wet at the cat flap side cos the idiot was in & out during the flood, hes been sitting in muck (his poo soaked ground) he is black all over, trying to find the cat flap plate to shut him in till can clean it up right my daughter is in the living room jumping all over the sofa knocking all my ironing on the floor, chucking the cushions about, I give her a row & she just screems at me, "I didnt know" for the 4th time today she screems at me when I ask her to explain herself or do as shes told, I just snapped, tried to smack her bum she kicked me arm Sad in pain now. I cant take much more today.

We had torrential rain last night and winds and woke up this morning to one of the gazebo's that we use over the runs all had collapsed and it's brand new we have not had it a month. It's very sunny today but windy so hope it's the same for you as it will dry out the twin's houses hopefully. I don't know what to suggest about the hay as it usually goes mouldy when it's been wet.

I think you need some you time, a hot drink and a chill out and hope you manage to get some

I'm sending some hugs for you Hugs Hugs Hugs

Thanks guys, the twins house still hasnt dried out, they cuddle each other in the corner of the run most of the time so they seem to be ok the now, might take my hair dryer out try speed up the process. I scrubbed the ground in floppys run with hot soapy water yesterday at tea time so he can get back out today.

so sorry to hear you are having a rough time, the rain has been bad, it goes from 1 extreme to the other. So hot then so damn wet. No in between, I do hope everything works out.

You need to wind down doing something for yourself.

Maybe you could post some pictures and we could help come up with some ways of preventing this happening again? Sounds like it needs a re-design

Its the drain in the middle, garden was mono blocked 7/8 years ago but when he put drain in he didnt level it off, its lifted by a cm or so. It does get blocked over very easy aswell, only way to fix it is to pay to have it redone which we cant afford, the mono blocking was paid for by family fund to make garden safer for kids, prior to this the slabs were all broken, stuck up a good inch at random spots, boys kept falling and our neighbours wee boy even broke his arm, we asked paragon to fix it but all they did was replace the broken 1s they wouldnt lift it all and relevel it, if wanted that done would have to pay as its not a "right to repair" so applied for help from family fund, £2500 was what it would cost and they paid it in full, however derek tayler didnt do it properly, but refused to fix it unless we paid labour, he was my sister inlaws man at the time, she tried to sort it out but he just took the p... 1 of the many reasons she left him.
