Albino bunny

Post by dizzylynn on Tue Aug 20, 2013 10:42 am

Was in my local pets at home yesterday getting bugs for the beardie & I spotted a beautiful fluffy albino, got talking to the staff about him and they were saying no one will take him because of his eyes, seriously what is it with folk, there is nothing wrong with the colour of his eyes, the reason they use isnt even a fact, he looks evil, do your research instead of judging him, albinos are one of the more gentle and affectionate types of bunnies, they do need a little extra care with sunlight, but to say they look evil and walk past him to the coloured bunnies just makes me mad. If only I had the space would be up there today for him. He has been sitting there for 2 weeks waiting. He was also sent from another 2 branches for same reason. I soooo wish had room for him.

This is one of the reason rescues are full of white bunnies and it's such a shame Sad

I love all rabbit's, all colours even the ones with bit's missing or wonky legs,  but I do respect people that don't like pink or red eyed bunnies I just think it's a shame that they feel like there is something evil about them.

I think they are seing the evil in themselves, certainly not in a bun. Some people are so unbelieveably stupid. I don;t care what a bun looks like, they are all here to be loved.
