Vibes for Katie Please / Suspected dental spur

Katie was ok one minute and then the next she was flat to the ground and slightly panting and Mike thought it could be tummy ache and gave her meds. He has checked her every half hour through the night and she is no better and so he has just taken her to the emergency vets ( our vet's is not open today ).

Can we have Vibes please as we are hoping it's not a blockage

Update 9:55 am

Mike has just rang me and the vet can't find anything wrong with her tummy that's all in working order but he think's she may have a slight dental spur and so we will get her booked in with Honor and get her seen to.

He has given her a Vetergesic injection and that vet trip has cost us £150 with it being Sunday but what can you do it could have been something else and she could have got worse .

We have a few for the vet's next week for dental check's Sox, Henry, Simon and now Katie who has never had a dental problem before and is a big hay eater.

At least it wasn't the dreaded 'blockage' .

We may have to syringe feed as she doesn't seem to be eating.

Poor Katie

I hope she's feeling a bit better now for having the injection.

Sounds exactly like Jack was, and just as fast. With him, once the pain relief kicked in he was much brighter and only needed syringe feeding a couple of times to get his tummy going and remind him to be hungry. I hope Katie picks up as fast    

We always know when it's out-of-hours for the vet

The emergency vet think's it's a dental spur she is great at the moment you wouldn't think she had been so ill all night , and everytime I go and check her now I say " Katie you owe us £150 when can we have it"
