What about a whole hay bale??? Need enrichment ideas :)
Im trying to think of ways to make the boys space better...im afraid at the moment they just have their shed (no shelves) and their aviary (concrete)...so I suppose looking on the bright side I have a clean slate to do what I want with
Here is a pic of the size of their space, so you have a better idea-
My ideas at the moment-
Can anyone think of any other ideas?

My ideas at the moment-
- A couple of shelves in their shed for them to jump onto.
- Some tunnels in their aviary
- An area of wood chips, maybe in a sandpit
- Big plastic flowerpots
- Half moon hanging baskets that fit to the shed wall for a hayrack.
- What about a whole hay bale in a corner of the shed?? Would they jump on it, like a shelf, or would it get ruined quite quickly with them peeing/ pooping on it?
Can anyone think of any other ideas?

Hudad's Nom Boxes went down a treat here If you make a few of these, they can be swapped out with a fresh one to let the others recover.
Basically a 4" x 2" frame with a 1/2" plywood bottom. The insides were painted with Cuprinol Garden Shades, just the one coat. Then some Builder's Membrane stapled in with a few 8mm holes through the base for drainage. The membrane was wrapped over the top and trimmed off. Then hudad used some 2 1/2" architrave to picture frame the top, screwed down. The feet are offcuts of 2" x 2" with some flashband strips on them to waterproof them.
Fill with compost and sprinkle in some seeds. Plenty of sunlight and regular watering and they'll soon be nommable Ours have all sorts of different things growing in them, Sparky put a post up somewhere....
You can make these virtually any size you want but hudad recommends anything over 24" should have a centre foot to stop the base sagging.
Hudad made one for Dougal (Bugs Bunny) with a mesh lid to stop him nomming all the way down to the compost. I'm sure Dougal will let his humum post a photo of his
