10.50 hay tunnel vs free cardboard box

Post by Thumper2001 on Fri Nov 22, 2013 9:55 pm

I can't even begin to imagine how much money I've spent on hay tunnels for Molly and Junior to try and stop them from eating the woodwork in the house.

Last week I took a good sized cardboard box home from work. Same reaction from them! The cardboard box is apparently very interesting and needs destroyed!

How stupid do I feel?! Laughing

Exactly what Katie said. As soon as you think 'Aha! That works!' it will stop working Laughing

Variety is what they are seeking. Hopefully it will not be the TV remotes or your shoes. Rory has been at those items lately. we have to keep shoes barricaded and the controllers tucked away.

I feel so lucky to have non-destructive buns. Mine are so good and pretty much only nibble toys specifically to be destroyed!! Willow does have a flavour for wires, though...

I hope the cardboard box is a winner (after all, we can hope!) Wink

Cardboard boxes are great, Myrtle loved her first one, then it got wet in the rain so I took it from her. She was mad at me for a week!

Nickie is so right.

It is always when I am at my most complacent about such things that I find myself returning home to a hole in the plasterboard or some such vandalism.
