Bun runs may be required as well to other rescues.

I know one of the rescues down here has offered space but it's a long way from cambridge and transport is required.

Us too, we have donated and shared on FB. As far as we know, the latest is that at least a couple of rescues have offered some space, including RSPCA Walsall (a very good, bunny-savvy branch).

I hope they get them all out safely.

Saw the question on RAW site fb and thought, Mhmm, haven't got anything planed except vaccination, a new castle, big order wit hay experts and this "incident" came along. I be been in touch with Caroline and she asked me can you write a letter. I suggested a statement and try since 10 minutes to download it pale HBWS study : HBWS study :

There has been updates on the Rabbit Residence page - https://www.facebook.com/rabbitresidence?fref=ts

It looks as if the hoarder has insisted on keeping 10 buns. But the rest are out. The rescue are going to work with her to neuter the buns and look after them properly.

They could still do with practical assistance if anyone is local. They also have an amazon wishlist for items that they need. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/3J4SD6PYU2SUJ

It is bait scary that th lady wants to keep 10 rabbits?!
But I'm sure Caroline will do her very best and keep an eye on the situation?

As far as I know, it is not the hoarder who wants to keep the buns, but her sister who is now working hard with Caroline to sort this mess out. Caroline has only had good things to say about the sister and refers to her as the Nice Lady  Laughing I know she has let them / is letting them go in and destroy a lot of the awful accommodation and help bring that which remains up to a good standard for the buns who stay with her  Thumbs Up

ETA - we've been sending real money by bank transfer, then they can claim Gift Aid on it too and make it go further for the buns  Thumbs Up They'll email you a Gift Aid form if you are eligible and you ask, then I simply let them know when I have made a transfer that the Gift Aid applies to. It pleases me to have the tax man help bunnies too  Twisted Evil
