Molly and Junior - Maze-a-log fail!

Post by Thumper2001 on Tue Jan 14, 2014 7:57 pm

So who has bought their buns a maze-a-log then?

Molly and Junior got one in with their presents from Santa Paws. I'm sorry but that thing is absolute tripe, but at the same time it's got to be one of the best six pounds I've ever spent. It was comedy gold ROFL

It quite literally lasted about 10 seconds before they started obliterating it Laughing Molly instantly tore a strip of one of the bits and Junior got the shock of his life when he gave one of the hidey holes a tug and it came off in his mouth Laughing His face was priceless!! He tumbled back a bit with a shocked look on his face, with it still between his teeth Laughing It took him a second or two to get over the shock and drop it, before going back and doing it again ROFL

From then, it was just a free for all. The thing was torn to shreds by two possessed bunnies!

OH and I were in absolute stitches!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

I so wish I had caught it on camera!

I've taken it upon myself to edit the instructions. A truer reflection of what actually happens with a maze-a-log. (In my house anyway!)

Edit: if you want to read it you'll need to click the bit to see in full!

Even without treats in Reuben was kept amused for hours before getting frustrated and destroying it Laughing

Comedy gold is absolutely right. I wish we'd known you had one, I'd have told you to video it. You've seen the video of Layla with one, we'd have loved to see the terrible two with theirs.

Humum still has an unchewed one in reserve. She thought about giving it to Theo and Reuben full of noms. Theo with no front teeth. How cruel would that be?  Twisted Evil

(PS Viovet still have them for £3.34, you can spring for two and have double the fun next time  Wink )

Laughing Laughing Laughing  Quality.

Dougal has 1 of these , got him 1 when they came out and he just pulled the log parts off right away, he did not want to try and get the treats out any other way, he tired then thought sod it and just yanked the bits off.

He still has it but the logs are all loose off it.

That does sound a barrel of laughs love and as you say, it is a pity you didn't get a recording of it. I think we would all be rolling on the floor Laughing .

Absolutely hilarious. So wish you had filmed them. In future when you give the demon duo anything new you MUST film them!!!!!!

I would just have loved to see Junior's face. He is probably writing a letter of complaint to the manufacturer now.

I am such a dumb ass!! I just checked my phone and I did film them with it. Unfortunately none of the highly amusing parts were caught tho Sad That must be why I got mixed up!!

I still have what's left of it so I might give them it again at the weekend and see what happens.

Thanks for the viovet tip sparky Smile

Now either they are the best of behaved bunnies on the planet or and more likely just bored with it.
Bought one for Christmas and presented with treats and veg. Bertie took on bite and of came the first bit. Bubbles just tipped it over went for the food and than both ignored it. It's still in the warren with none of them bothered.

Mikes had to buy Surrey Simon a new castle as he loves his castle but Letty Lop has just vandalised it to the point where it's just not really safe anymore, when Simon goes on the top level you can see him as half the castle is hanging down all nibbled, but I have to laugh when I see his head poking out of the top level and it's all falling to bits around him  Laughing Laughing
