Vibes for Vinnie Please :-(

Post by Tuckerbunnies on Sat Mar 15, 2014 2:22 pm

Mike is on his way to the vet's with ' Vinne' as he has suddenly stopped eating his pellets 3 days ago and just nibbling hay and he has been on 'bunwatch' since, his poop's this morning are very small and so Mike made an appointment for him to have a dental check. God knows how Vinnie will go on at the vet's as he is so very very nervous even though he was hand reared by Mike. Vinnie is a REW and we think he may not have great sight and that's why he is so nervous, he also is one of the buns that had Coccidiosis last year and they can be left with kidney problems and all sorts and we are always a bit wary that we may lose Vinnie or Oliver or Thomas as we lost Greytail in January and although he had seemed healthy and showed no sign's of illness our vet thinks it could have been related to the coccidiosis he had last year.
So I am now waiting to see what is wrong with him  Sad

Can I be cheeky and ask for more Vibes for Vinnie please

Thank You xxxx

Mikes just rang me they can't find anything wrong at all with Vinnie they think it's because he's moulting. I did say that to Mike as it's Vinnies first big moult but better to be safe than sorry. So glad he doesn't have to go through a dental , I can relax again now  Smile

Glad he is ok - bless him.

I had something similar with Annie - rushed her to the vets only to discover it was her moult. Poor buns

That is brilliant news, this is just what Dougal was like a few weeks ago, I was worried sick and got him into the vets and nothing was wrong with him at all. I was just so relived and he had a good check over including his teeth which are good so I was happy, glad this turned out to be the same thing. Do you think they like playing mind games with us hun?  Laughing .

I'm glad Vinnie is ok  Very Happy

Humum is going to give all the buns some Fibafirst daily for a few weeks while The Big Moult is on - they usually get some every few days as a treat, but I get some every day and they definitely help me produce better poops...

where is the best place to get fibafirst? preferably with free postage? would not mind trying dougal on these as a treat now and again. Think he would like them.
