I can finally write about this, as it left me somewhat traumatised pale pale pale pale pale pale

Given that I have a bit of a phobia about slugs you can imagine my horror when Spring came in through the cat flap for her supper with a slug sitting on her back pale pale pale pale pale pale I had to shout Chris to come and remove it. As Spring didn't want touching she went and hid in her castle. When she reappeared the slug was missing so we then had to take everything out to find the wretched thing.

I can only hope that she picked it up off the cat flap somehow and it hadn't slithered it's way up her side. It was one of those horrible pale coloured ones too pale pale pale pale

Oh dear! Hmmm

I'm not overkeen on slugs and unfortunately in this damp weather there seems to be lots of them and they do get on the buns sometimes. There was one on the door in the utility room and it made me shiver looking at it pale

It is ticks, mites and lice I cannot stand. I am tolerant of most of goods creatures but I draw the line at these.

Oooh no, not inside. Our outdoor light wasn't working for a couple of days, so when putting the rabbits back in the other night, I didn't see there was a massive one sliding over the hutch doors and accidentally chopped it in two when I shut them. Oops.

Oh good grief, I think I might have swooned at that Laughing

I have just recalled that Paddy came in one evening a couple of weeks ago, promptly jumped onto the coffee table in the lounge with what I though was a leaf attached to his tummy. That was a slug too pale

I always try not to tread on them and have been known to mvoe them when I think they are gong to be hurt. I adore snails and am always moving them out of harm's way.
