Does the 90 minutes take you to 1.30 or 2.00 pm? Not that I guess 2 hours would be that great either.

90 minutes to 2pm, that's assuming I could get away at 12.30.
Struggling here - my first choice for cover is not able to, my second is on holiday for week and I am just getting 'out of office' replies.

I really feel for you! I guess it was be reasonable to accept that you will miss the first lecture and get to the 2.45 start for ileus, stasis, etc.  Flippin' shame, nonetheless. It's going to be a particularly bad Saturday for traffic/timing too, isn't it, middle Saturday of the school Easter holidays!

Those who had booked by about 2pm yesterday got a message to say that the limiting factor for numbers would be parking spaces, so from your point of view there doesn't seem to be a set number for attendance so it's not going to close at 50...100 whatever, so you might not need to be in great haste to book to get a place.  The downside though, if you know you are arriving late then the parking could be a problem. Though, from my perspective on that one, I don't think it will matter a great deal if there is a lot of double parking. Anyone going to the pub across the road after the event can just make sure they are not blocking anyone who is leaving then and all should be okay.

I'm really surprised you are the only other potential attendee though, I thought there'd be a few going

Can't book the until Wednesday when I get paid. The dental work on two buns and treatment of Bertie swallowed a lump sum of £450.00 this week.
Just have to hope there are spaces left on Wednesday.

Hello Claudia - was just about to remind you of this, I know your mind must be on Bertie at the moment.

My offer still stands - you are more than welcome to stay the Friday night with me and then we can travel together - hopefully with Amanda too on the Saturday. If you are able to be away from home for two nights we maybe have a plan for the Sunday too

I will have to check whether there are any Spacesnleft on Wednesday. If so I will book and great fully accept your offer to say Friday night.
Not sure about Saturda yet. It might be an idea to travel back later in the evening as traffic may be calmer.mi will keep you posted.

Folks I have to hang on a bit.
Bertie's vet bills stands at£447.00 and we are going to see a specialised vet tommorow with a consultation fee of £136.00.yes he is insured but still I am reliable for the costs.
 I was asked to bring an over night bag with me.thats on top of the £200.00 I paid for the dental,last week. I can't spend any money unless it has a valid reason at this time. If I'm ment to be there I will. Just need to sort my boy out first.
