Would you expect these to be hard?? I did, but they're not... They're almost spongy...?

After I posted I noticed it says "contents may settle" so perhaps they are meant to be soft. Not what I expected Hmmm

They certainly aren't what I wanted Laughing

But I guess when you buy dried fruit in supermarkets, like dried apricots for example, they aren't hard either are they? scratch
