I don't know why it is doing this. I went into the control panel and it was set for an African timezone! I didn't do that!! I have reset this for London but it is still showing a strange time. Will investigate further.

Sorry I had to be the one to grumble about it but it's messing with my head lol!

Edit: It's messing with my head because I keep an eye on the birthdays bit and the change in the Middle of the day.

OK guys, I have been to the dark side and there is a really simple solution. The forum geeks who run the hosting site have installed new software to make time management more efficient. This means that the forum has a time zone that I decide, and each member then can change to a time zone that suits them. This will help with our overseas visitors who can now see the forum in their own time zone instead of the default Greenwich Mean Time that is usually used.

Each member needs to:

go to top of page and click on tab for Profile, then select Preferences, scroll down towards the bottom where they will see that their time zone is assigned to Honolulu. For our UK members, change this to London, overseas members will need to find one closest to them.

The list of time zones has been split into continents with even Antarctica rating a mention! Have fun Hoppers!
