Can Curly Kale be used as a daily veg to "bulk" things out?

It really is the only thing Mr Mo will eat in large quantities. He's so fussy and as a result Willow is ending up eating 80% of the veg, because he picks at it a bit and then hops away. The only time he'll sit and eat it is when I use Kale as the main veg - just didn't know if it was bad for them to eat on a daily basis?

Thanks guys Hugs

It is higher in calcium but if he does not have any kidney problems then he should be fine.
