Which is worst? Empty Which is worst?

BJ has pinworms at the moment - pale pale pale pale pale pale pale so I am dosing him and Rosie too with Panacur. Day 1 went fine but now that they are no longer unsuspecting, catching and dosing them I know will progressively harder. This morning I had them out on the decking, with the run blocked off and the door to the shed closed. It is easiest to catch them from there rather than when they are hiding in boxes or tunnels in the shed.

Rosie was very unimpressed and was stamping at me non-stop. She then realised to escape from me she would have to go down the steps of doom Hmmm So which was the worse - me or the middle step of doom?

Obviously me as the stroppy mare actually hopped down onto the middle step and legged it down the garden Rolling Eyes That is the first time that I have ever seen her do that Laughing

I do love my Rosie moo, she is such a stroppy, funny, determined little bun. Needless to say, once she had been caught and dosed she was furious and went into stamping overdrive. BJ wasn't too chuffed either - only another 7 more days of Panacur to go Sad

Good Luck (you're gonna need it!). Seven more days and they will have perfected everything from stamps to evil glares, cold shoulders to outright frozen murder stares. All I can advise is buy in all their favourite treats in bulk!

When we take Holly to the nurses to have her claws clipped every two months, it literally takes three of them.

ROFL Theyre so funny. I hate giving panacur/lapizole. I never know which is worst between the lapizole, panacur paste, or suspension. They hate them all! Laughing Good luck!!

I'm not Rolling Eyes The bunnies are deeply suspicious and I only have to think about catching them and they hide and stamp. I have had to rope Chris in to assist in the catching and dosing and I then still end up getting smothered in panacur.

On the plus side after rooting around in the litter tray I am not seeing any evidence of worms Very Happy

Glad you are worm free! Its amazing how buns always manage to stay one step ahead isn't it when it comes to not being captured!

Indeed Katie - I only have to think the word catch in my head and they scarper. They seem to have a sixth sense about being caught Hmmm

Charlie eyes me suspiciously from the run - they can see into the house from there and he watches me, watching him... Ready to bolt when I Look like I'm heading his way!

Annie of course is oblivious and is the easiest bunny in the world to catch.  Every time she is captured its like the first time..

Some become like little wriggly worms themselves when you try and catch them and guinea pigs are even worse LOL!! That s right Katie love, I have had the dd bun who will just sit there and be picked up.
