How did the mass vaccinations go? Empty How did the mass vaccinations go?

So Daisy went up for his yesterday... he's been a little off. Not really eating today (but then a hunger strike wouldn't be unusual after a trip to the vets) but he has a good few uneaten (and then squashed) ceacs.

How are the other buns?

Gonna keep a close eye on him.

Ours was eventful Rolling Eyes

Molly twice sprung off the table and parked up on my shoulder No  She's so lucky she didn't go right over and hit the floor. I'm going to make OH take her in next time. I'm obviously not capable of holding her tight enough.

The vet had a look at her watery eye and said she can't see anything amiss and to just keep bathing it, but it seems even more watery today Hmmm I'm going to phone and ask for some drop tomorrow I think.

The good news is, the vet couldn't see any Spurs on her teeth cheers

Junior was better behaved but wouldn't let the vet look at his teeth properly. From what she did see though, no problems and there's no indication of any problems either.

Then they got weighed... Embarassed Embarassed

Molly... 2.2kg.

Junior... 2.45kg!!! Embarassed  Chunk!!!!  Laughing

They have been picky with their tea last night and tonight too but nothing else amiss really.

I hope Daisy is back on form soon!!

I'm sure they will. The vet sulk is about to last 18 hours on average. Severely reduced if crunchies are presented! Thumbs Up Laughing

yes Gemma I agree bunnies short term memory falls short if there is food involved. Likely to be a chart of the top ten or 15, ok maybe 20......
And junior is perfect with his weight. Surely. He looks fab(still my favourite fancy bun!)
Bertie always came in at around 3 kg. Vernon is 2.6 whilst sweet D 'Layla counts for 1.9. Bubbles, no idea but looks sturdy. I won't tell her tha though!

Henry got his vac. in July and when last weighed he was a steady 3.5, just the same as nine previous when I got him. He's the vets Lean, mean hopping machine!

I think he looks fine the weight he is too, Claudia. But you can def feel the difference in them Laughing

Henry is a bigger bun than I thought!

It occurred to me that the scales already had 0.10kg on them when I put them on so Molly is actually only 2.10kg and Junior 2.35kg. Although the difference still stands obviously Laughing

At full stretch he is, from nose tip to back toe tip, two foot and ten inches long! He takes up most of the hearth rug ... the warmest part certainly!

We have to be careful with Holly at the vet which is why they take her straight down the back if anything needs looking at.  She nearly escaped over Paul's shoulder once and if she had landed on the floor she could have hurt herself quite badly.  Her vaccination is due I think in May next year.

Hugs
Jo xx
