Well it's been a year. ONE WHOLE YEAR!
Yes on the 25th November last year I brought him home. He was a mite ridden, dirty furred bun but very curious and VERY HANDSOME.

I am somewhat amazed that an whole year as gone by. And I think your right Katie... we did "gotya" each other. It was meant to be, I can't believe he was at the Ark for four months before I said I wanted him, OR, more amazing still, it took me four months to realise I did. I know I was grieving for Loll and felt like I wasn't fit to have another bun, but FOUR MONTHS! We missed out on all that time. Still we're making up for it. Since he came home from the vet last Friday I've taken to sleeping on the hearth rug with him. I have a pillow and a duvet and we share the pillow! There's a new meaning to pillow-talk in this house!

I must admit sleeping on the floor seems to help my back. But getting to my feet is not easy.... certainly not dignified!
It's wonderful to open my eyes and see Henry looking down at me, gazing up at the handsome buck profile.

I wouldn't like to imagine what I would look like love trying to get up from the floor, there would be some chuckles that's for sure.  I wish I could get down on the floor with Holly, I always used to with my animals when I were able.
