She's home and her name is...

Artemis-Athena, I couldn't decide between the two so she has both Smile

She is beautiful, a lot more fawn than the pictures show her to be. She is very nervous and unsure, but also very curious. She hasn't eaten any food yet tonight, but has had half an apple chopped up and now has a bowl of mixed greens and apple for the night.

Dillon isnt sure what he thinks, but i think he may be a little put out by her arrival bless him. Every time ive looked out of the window or been out to them this afternoon he has been sitting in his usual spot ignoring her, where i thought he would be taking more interest in her. When i talk to her he comes along and plays about under her hutch near me in an attention seeking way. This evening when i went to shut them up for the night i did her first then Dillon and all he wanted was reassurance and nose rubs!

hopefully he will come to love her and not feel she is a division of my attention. I will clean him out tomorrow, which always excites him and makes him feel loved and maybe Arte can have a turn in the run for a bit, depending on how she feels, while Dillon has extra cuddles.

She's such a lovely girl! Here's hoping she settles in quickly and she and Dillon fall head over heals for each other, looking forward to lots of updates Smile
