Unfortunately yes it has resulted in his hinds being weak I guess arthritis may be an issue too.
He had no concept of levels when he arrived.
He sat in he lounge and looked puzzled at the cats on the sofa wondering how they got there.
Last night he managed to jump up I provided helping steps too.

He is adorable hunni, I am so glad he found you.  What beautiful fur he has, it looks really short like my Holly's. Very Happy

It is the Rex fur. And despite that I found tangles and knots. If he would had normal fur it would have been a mess.
But oh his feet look sore and got scares all over. Sore hocks from wrong bedding, yes shavings and being restricted in movement. Urine staining too...
He is here in the lounge with me, all wooden floor covered with soft towels to help his feet.
And he is so friendly. Why would you if treated, unknowingle or unaware?!, like that for such a long time still come and make effort to be friend?
Bunny wisdom. It must be.
Unsure how old but certainly 6 + he false suddenly asleep excausted and he s'mores too
Bless him

He looks adorable, and so happy. Like you say how sweet that he doesn't bear grudges against people for his life.

It so good to know he is now with you and can start living a normal bun life.

Oh has he indeed.
By now figured out how it jump onto the sofa.
Having bunny 500 and even low level Binky's.lol
They just know how to do once given space.
Now his breaking is odd. I thought kits snoring only happens when asleep. But got more frequent and his hocks locked sore.
Took him back to shelter vet last week as we got a five year old doe named snowdrop in too.
You see where I'm going?
Vet listened to chest, looked at bun and found dental spur left lower molar. And because the boy is drinking lots! 3 bowels a day maybe more suspicious of kidney issues? EC.
So no speed dating for him but staying with me all bunnies on panecur and revisit vet in 6 weeks.
Maybe after that we can consider a lady to join.
Until then just spoiled spoiled bunny man
