Otitis media and perforated ear drum in rabbits?

So it is clear.
The X-ray shows it Dillon has got middle ear infection on both ears and a perforated ear drum on the right.
Poor fellow this must hurt and explains why he hops up but is reluctant to hop down.
Plus the perforation will allow bugs to enter and cause infection again.
A second 4 week course of bay trial done and now on ear drops but only for left ear.
Has anyone experience or ideas what I could do?
He is fine in him self.
Very active.
Eating and drinking well.
Vet and me decided to keep him on low dose of metacam for time being
What else?

Aw poor lad, no experience of this, I suppose as long as he's eating/drinking/pooping fine then the metacam will keep any discomfort in check. Hope he's on the mend soon
