Nasty wound on nose

As I wrote a few days ago, Louise has bitten Lucas' nose.
While first I thought it was not too bad, it looks very nasty now. I started giving him the AB I was given for Louise and put Vaseline on it. If it doesn't get any better, we're off to the vet.
It is always something isn't it?

I'd strongly suggest washing it out with salt water twice a day too (or use alco-tip wipes if you have any) and not let a scab form until the infection has cleared as it will trap the bacteria in.
