Why did it log me out?

I spent an 3 hours writing a post and it turns out , it logged me out ! Please may you tell me why , because I put all the things I knew about rabbits into it , and when I pressed preview , I was logged out , which upset me a bit since my best post wasn't saved , forgotten forever.

Oh I don't know why that's happened but I'm sure someone will be along soon who will know why, sorry what you had written has all been lost

I dont know why that happened honey! Thats very odd. Perhaps it was some kind of time out?

Some browsers will log you out for security reasons.

If you're going to write a huge post, best to do it in a word processor, then cut and paste.

If I get carried away and find that my post is very long, I always select and copy it before sending it. That way, if your browser goes into meltdown, you can just drop the text back into the box and try again.

However, you must remember that forums are fast moving areas and are not designed for people to take as long as three hours to reply.
