Boo..... Empty Boo.....

Post by Vince the bunny on Sun Nov 27, 2011 9:30 pm

Since being with the two mini rex girls, his character has really begun to shine. He has a thing for the dustpan and brush, he kinda chases it and likes to nibble it, thing is he gets in the way and I accidentlly hit him on the nose with the brush whilst sweeping today Shocked
He is very nosey and likes to see what I'm doing, but he sometimes nibbles my hands if I'm leaning on something. My other buns don't do this so I never worry about little bites, but Boo likes to nibble and it makes me a bit jumpy. He is also quite vocal, he snores and he whistles when he sniffs my head, he also makes funny sounds when he is telling the girls off for looking at Vince accross the garden Laughing He has established himself as boss and sprayed wee EVERYWHERE, thank goodness he didn't do that in the house!!! Luckily, I managed to clean most of it away and he hasn't sparyed so much now he has settled in.

He isn't as bright as the girls, and always runs the wrong way along the tunnel, or down the wrong tunnel when it's dinner time, so he is always last to eat (but gets his share, I make sure he gets some before the girls scoff it all).
He still hates being picked up and does this grunting squeal at me, luckily I have only picked him up once in the last 7 days to check his hocks as they were sore when I got him, but are healed now.

He is a little character, my little Boo Love

Boo has his tail up and Vince just looks at him as if to say 'yeah you wuss, I could kick your butt!' and carries on munching hay. It's Hazel Boo has to watch, she's not a bun to trifle with!

Aren't you glad you rescued him, and isn't it amazing how such characters can be 'unwanted'?

Rosie was a rescue, not intended in the slightest, but there was no way my Humum and Hudad could have walked away and left her there. They couldn't explain why at the time, she was just 'special'. They're not wrong there Wink

Flo makes all those grunty noises - no wonder the family wanted to get rid of him the noises are quite disconcerting when you are new to them.

He sounds wonderful.
