I kept scaring her! I’d go into her abode and move around and she’d jump out of her skin! So I had a look in her ears and holy moly Shocked Her ears were disgusting!

The vet came out and took her in while I waited in the car and she was in there so long I was beginning to worry! Has something happened? Has she jumped off the table and hurt herself? But no... it just took that long to clean her ears. Lis said she took rocks of wax out. She kept a bit to look at under the microscope and no sign of infection or mites. Just dirty ears!

I can only assume this is because Junior isn’t here to clean them for her Sad

That could be why she has been quieter than usual.
Poor girl. I know how awful it is to have probs with your ears.
Hope she recovers OK and lets you clean those lovely ears.

She’s been pretty quiet since the vet trip Sad Went off her Pellets for a few days. Not completely. Just picky. Appetite is back now tho, thank goodness.
My house isn’t quiet. I wonder if it’s all just been a bit loud for her. She’s def been brighter the last few days though.

Probably the sudden return of her hearing was a bit of a shock; especially as she is a prey animal and she's gone from one extreme to another. She might have had earring probs before she lost Junior and they hadn't been very obvious because she was relying on him to do the "listening".

Hope she okay now albino

Is it something you or the vet are going to have to do for her from now on?

I’ve to keep an eye on them and we have a plan in place if they get messy again.
There’s a note on her file for something she needs if it does happen again. I can’t remember what it’s called...
