Photoshop or PaintshopPro are both programs you can buy and are quite expensive. You can buy them online or from high street stores. They aren't easy programs to learn as the initial learning curve is quite steep but there are loads of free tutorials online to help you plus the help feature in the program.

Windows has it's own picture editing program called Paint. It's very basic by comparison but a good starting point. It can be found in Start>All Programs>Assessories>Paint (The path may change slightly according to which version of windows you are using)

I used paint for my siggy and, although it took ages and had noweher near the results of photoshop etc, it was fine for what i needed.


photoshop have stopped people downloading free trials as far as i'm aware 'cos I did try to get one a week or so ago. Ah well. paint worked lol

Its because there is a hack code for P{hotoshop which extends the trial infinitely.

yeah i need a tutorial i dont have a clue on want im doing downloaded gimp though but stuck lol im thick
