Gabriel - how?

I am sure you have seen the trick whereby a table cloth is pulled off a table leaving behind all the crockery. It seems that Gabriel (well I assume it his him and not Spring) appears to have perfected something similar

Their water bowl is placed on a smallish piece of varnished plywood rather than straight onto their shelf as it is easier to keep clean and dry. Three times now I have found, and Chris once, that the piece of plywood has been removed from under the bowl The bowl itself is undisturbed

We cannot begin to imagine how Gabriel has managed this without overturning the bowl

They are amazing little things aren't they love? More intelligent than I think we give them credit for. Holly has tried to pull cakes off the coffee table when they have been to close to the edge and the little cloth I put on there was only small, otherwise I think she ay have done the same thing LOL. It would be great to find out how she did it.
