Girl bun has been chinning various things... The desk, the radiator, just normal things that all rabbits own. Hector has never chinned a thing in his 3 years, so this is new to me!!

Yes. It's about the commonest way of territory marking for rabbits. The other method is urine spraying which seems to be more sexully based and neutering generally stops it.
Of all the rabbits I've owned Clawed and Henry are the great chinners ... Clawed was a doe of uncommon stong character and when she chinned anything the other rabbits never interfered with it. Henry chinned practically everything when he arrived here to overlay any of his predecessors scent ... now he chins anything new, inculding visitors!

Holly chins everything, to make sure it is hers. She even chins me as if I am her property which I suppose I am! It is so cute.
