what's your bunnies routine?
I was just being nosey really and wondered what your bunnies routine was? My lot get a quick check in the morning to make sure all is well then when the school run is done, I sweep the hutches and run, stock up the hay, water, take off the taupalin cover off the front and say hello to the buns. If it's nice they go on the grass in the trixie run. During the day I give them noms and check the hay again and then before it gets dark I secure the hutches and runs, cover with the taup, give the pellets and give them a fuss. I periodically go out throughout the day to check them, and I just like looking at them, I can see the runs from the patio window so smetimes my 18mth old and me play 'spot the rabbit' which is fun!

Re: what's your bunnies routine?
Yep - daisy has a routine!
7 AM breakfast. (if breakfast is not produced by 8am, he rings his bell until it appears)
On work days. 7.30 - 8.15 morning snuggles.
Lots of busy bee-ing during the day including re-arrangement of toys, watching the birdies outside, nibbling of various toys / branches....lots of munching.
1pm - sleeping until 5pm.
5pm lots of running around like a loon.
Weekends or days we are off work, lots of living room time.....which he loves!
Dinner at 6pm, followed by an evening in the living room snuggled up with with us, binking all over the place, munching, and an array of naughtiness.
He has a busy day!!!!

Re: what's your bunnies routine?
Awww ^_^
Mine don't really have a proper routine...because I work different hours every week I never know if I will be home in the day or in the evening...and same with my OH...so obviously I feed them when I get up..which is normally around 8ish, then I go back to bed (unless I have work)...Then when I'm properly up on a day off I just let them out whenever I'm in my bedroom, which is most of the time because then I get to hang out with them

Re: what's your bunnies routine?
I'd love to let mine in the house but they either chew stuff, spray wee, eat the wires or dive under the sofa! Hazel comes in sometimes as she is a very chilled bunny and is happy to sit on the sofa and be petted by the kids.
Katie, your Daisy's routine sounds like a baby's routine! How lovely!

Re: what's your bunnies routine?
We wake up at 930 usually.
All the animals get water checks, hay checks pellet checks and everyone has veg by 10.
Around 1 oclock we cehck the hay levels.
Isobelle has the run of the kitchen all day and Jack has the living room all day.
Isobelle chills by the oven for some reason...not sure why. Usually when we want to use it.
Jack runs laps round the arm chair he thinks it's so clever. . .
Yesterday night I let the hamsters in the living room in their balls and Jack looked sooo confused, it was so sweet. Then he was getting hearded. x

Re: what's your bunnies routine?
Mine get their breakfast when it is light but before 8.00 am. I usually check their water, change their litter trays and put in fresh hay.
They are then loose in their compound until I come home from work. They tolerate a bit of conversation with me, usually better if I come bearing treats. Then it is bedtime and veggie time.
During the summer they are allowed out until it gets dark but in the winter they have less free time which is a shame.
