Guess who went to the beach again?

I took Chewy to the awesome bunny beach where no dogs are allowed and that is empty in winter.
It was the first time we took him this year, and he really enjoyed it.

I took a video of him jumping on his daddy's lap asking for ear scratches, I'll post it here as soon as I upload it to youtube.

This has really made my morning. How completely lovely. I chewy.

I'm glad you liked the pics. I took quite a few more, but we already have so many of Chewy on the beach that I decided to only keep the ones of him digging.

He really loves the beach.
When I see him running around there, I feel like he's a diferent bunny than the bored, grumpy one at home.

He looks so happy and content!! Maybe to keep him entertained at home, could you fill a litter box with sand? It might be fun to dig x

Well I could ask my mom if we can make him a sandbox outside, I don't know if she'd aprove...

I remember ages ago you posted photos of him at the beach and it was so lovely to see, he looks very happy He's such a beautiful colour too!

what a busy little guy I think a sandbox would be fun - although a little messy.

I would be too scared to bring mine anywhere near the beaches here, they would probably dig up dog poop

Sandbox would be a good idea, I fill boxes with soil for mine and thats really messy though I think sand would be a whole lot worse

He never gets tired! He runs non stop, flops, binkies, digs... but we usually leave after 1.30h or 2 hours. I always make sure the door to his transport box is open, and he has hay in there.
If you want to take your bunny to the beach though, please be sure it's extra safe, and that your bun doesn't mind a harness. Also, not all bunnies enjoy going to the beach, alot are afraid, so obviously don't force your rabbit if it's scared.
