Rehomed Bonnie - 11 month old female rabbit - SURREY

Post by AnnaT Mon Feb 07, 2011 12:09 pm

Contact/organisation details: I am fostering for Furry Friends in Old Coulsdon. Please PM me on here or call Emma on 020 8407 1080 or 0797 356 9371. We recommend calling us as we can't always check our emails daily.
Does the animal have rescue back up?: Yes for their whole lives.
Location: Caterham/Old Coulsdon SURREY
Number of animals:1
Sex: Female
Age(s): 11 months
Name(s): Bonnie
Neutered: Yes.
Reason for rehoming: Bonnie came into rescue when her previous owners had become fed up of her.
Will the group be split: Bonnie needs a home where she can be paired with a neutered male rabbit. We can assist with bonding or pair her up with another male at the rescue if you do not have a friend for her already.
Transport available: Within reason, unless you know of people coming this way that are happy to transport for you. We sometimes have various transport runs going so it doesn't hurt to ask.
Other: Sweet bunny who is very curious.

Bonnie was nervous when she arrived, but is really getting used to us now. She is fine when you have her and settles into your arms.

i have to say...shes very pretty.
Has she been ok around other buns/other animals?

merlin became so seriously ill after living with bertie our rew frenchie....we adopted 2 girly buns and one was pts the day before merlin was hospitalised for well over a week. The surviving lady bun didnt want merlin being with them..
merlins a highly sociable bunny....with people and other buns and cats. He needs another sweet natured bun like himself...impossible i guess but this little bun looks sweet...in her eyes if you know what i mean.

Hi

Bonnie is reserved and due to go on Thurs. If she doesn't go I can let you know. I do have Petal and Evie though - both these two are very sociable (especially Petal). Evie has been tried with several males and her homes have fallen through because the people didn't like Evie, even though she was good with their males. There was one male she didn't like, but shes been introduced to 3 that she did like.

Petal is very people friendly and always tries to interact with other rabbits through the bars of the run.

im happy shes going to find her forever home...but yes if it should falll through...but i hope it doesnt..for her .

aww bless...i have bertie..my rew frenchie..and rew buns used to freak me out..milky coloured irises.....now i love em...and esp when hes excited or uber happy..he has great big ruby red eyes.

Isnt it blue eyed buns who have a higher rate of epilepsy though? berties been having seizures since late last year...its awful.

merlin is the lonely heart..hes so sweet and doesnt mind what buns look like as long as they love him back....lol

i think both ladies are adorable xx
