Jazz Has Seemed A Bit Off
[b]Jazz has seemed a bit off this evening he has just been sat on his own looking very sorry for himself. He has been eating but not the same as usual. I have just given them all a bit of cabbage mutch to fizzes discust and loads of hay. He has eaten the cabbage and seems a little more active now. Is this somthing that happens from time to time

Re: Jazz Has Seemed A Bit Off
I would keep a close eye on him. It may be nothing but I'd always be wary of changes in behavior - he could just be having an off day but it is worth keeping an eye on.

Hmm yes I would probably keep an eye on him, if he stops eating, drinking or pooing rush him to the vet asap. Sometimes mine have just been ****** with me because I moved things in their room around, so hopefully it's something innocent like that

He seems to have the occasional off day doesn't he. Glad he is feeling better now Ruffin! Give him a nosey rub from me!
Re: Jazz Has Seemed A Bit Off
Every so often one of my bunnies will seem to be having an off day, I used to rush them to the vet and they would get what my vet calls a bunny recovery injection. I think it contained ABX, a gut stimulant and metacam. The next day the rabbit would usually be ok. I began to wonder if these jabs were really necessary, so now I give them a bit of a tummy massage, if they are outdoor buns I bring them in so I can keep an eye on them, they have plenty of hay and water and 99% of the time they are back to normal the next day.
I think our little darlings just like to worry us and get a bit of a fuss sometimes.
