Fairly Beloved Rabbit Care, based near Glasgow, is putting out an urgent appeal for help in anyway that you can. They operate a rabbit rescue service, but as they do not have the facilities for a physical rescue centre they are wholly reliant on volunteers and Foster Carers.

They now have over 40 rabbits waiting to be rehomed, either on a permanent or temporary basis.

If you think you can offer any support, by volunteering, please contact David at david@fairlybelovedrabbitcare.org, call him on 033 33 44 3272 or visit their website at http://www.fairlybelovedrabbitcare.org.

Support a rescue Empty Help would be greatly appreciated

Post by fairlybeloved Sun Apr 03, 2011 2:20 pm

Folks,

Any help that you can offer us really would be greatly appreciated. We are having some success in rehoming, but are still in desperate need of support via volunteers for foster caring, fundraising, transport, home checks etc.

Check out the blog on our website for more details.

I've advised David to join the forum so that he can specify what he needs and contact people direct...if he has time, poor man!

Thanks. I'm planning to post details of fundraising appeals on the board shortly. Perhaps you can help that way? Or even if you can help us by telling others about what we're doing to raise those much needed funds?
