Two beautiful and stunning horses taken by another man made construction - the Grand National Sad

Gallop free noble beauties and may I apologise on behalf of man kind for the price you have paid. Let us hope one day they ban this cruelty.

Every year I am speachless. In fact there isnt a week that goes by that I am not appalled by something people do to animals to make money.

What I really cant understand is why people who feel the way we do are the minority.

I have sobbed over this, this is the exact reason I dont like horse racing I remember witnessing something similar as a child, when watching racing with my Nan, and it broke my heart! I vowed never to watch horse racing again, and I didnt!
Humans are so cruel sometimes, and it frustrates me to the point of tears!

I know Katie, there are so many of us yet we are considered the minority.

There was a third horse taken too, Inventor, after breaking their leg on just the first day of the meet. I'm not sure why the media haven't picked up on this as much.

It's sad only 19 of the 40 completed the race and that the winner, Ballabriggs, became dehydrated.

Run free beautiful horses.

My hubby says they wouldn't run if they didn't want to, I don't agree.

I hate the Grand National 682 horses have died so far in 1509 days this if from races all over the country .
420 are raced to death, 38% die on racecourses while the rest are destroyed due to racing injuries or are killed because they are no longer commercially viable.

Inventor age 6 fell at Aintree and was destroyed.
Ornais age 9 fell at Aintree and broke his neck ..destroyed.
Dooney's Gate age 10 fell at Aintree broke his back...destroyed. So Sad Crying or Very sad

The pain Ornais and Dooney's Gate would have been in with their injuries would have been horrendous until they were destroyed Crying or Very sad

I don't call this sport Sad
