We grow Parsley in the summer, and also I grow him timothy grass in long pots. He adores both. I tried growing the grass inside in the winter but it just went all horrid.
Its def worth it.
We also grow carrots so guess who just loves the tops??

Such a good idea. Might try to do some for the buns. Last time I tried to grow veg, I had some broccoli but the local pigeons ate it all.

Yeah we tried veg before and it just wasn't happening Its just yesterday I was picking dandelions from the garden and complaining there was only a couple left and my mum was like why don't you just grow things like that in pots for them. I know they like parsley so thats another good one Oh yeah I totally forgot about the timmy grass, they love that!

Re: Do you guys grow anything for your buns?
I recently planted some seeds for kale, carrots and pak choi. Got to wait a couple more months before I plant the spring greens.
Thinking about ordering some plantain seeds, where can I get Timothy grass seeds? Didn't realise you could!

Oooh I might look into growing timothy grass too! I was thinking parsley, wheat grass & barley, but I'm going to search for timothy seed too.
Re: Do you guys grow anything for your buns?
LOL I couldn't grow enough for all my bunnies. I could end up producing what they would eat in 1 week LOL.

We grow, coriander, parsley, basil, mint, etc in the garden. some is done by seeds but most of it is just the herb pots from tesco etc when they reduce them to like 5p and we just shove them in to join the others
