Over the last week or so Luna has pretty much permanently had one ear flopped down, this morning when I got up she had both flopped down!!! I think she is either getting lazy and can't be bothered to hold them up or wants to be a lop eared rabbit Laughing When we first got her she was like this but as she matured she seemed to grow out of it, maybe she is regressing! Razz

Also wanted to check that this wldn't be a result of anything medical wld it??

I don't think so, she's not scratching her ears or anything and they are clean, not red or sore...she's acting fine. Also, it seems to be since it's got hotter outside so maybe it's to do with that :/

I just read this about ear mites that the ear will only flop down after there has been no treatment for ear mites for a while...and I'd never let that happen. Just rechecked her ears and they're fine...she does hold them up at normal times i.e loud noises etc.

awww, my Ruby has one ear up and one ear down, if she's very relaxed or after a nose rub she becomes a lop. I know some people's buns become lops when they moult as well!
