After another successfull adoption arranged by 'Hamley's of London', the family were quoted as saying the following:
Beki 'I saw this little guy on the Hamley's website and I just had to have him. After a difficult start in a warehouse, I knew we could find room for him. He has such a lovely temprament, I am going to allow Yasmin to groom him, and what the hey, she can even take him to bed with her!'
Yasmin 'I will name him Willix. I will always love willow and felix, but they dont like to be picked up so when I need a cuddle I know Willix will give me one'
Felix 'He may have show quality markings, but there is nothing going on upstairs if you know what I mean'
Willow 'I think he is rather dishy'

Willix is a hit! (though he is a bit stiff so I will have to do my usual gastric by-pass op I do on Yasmins softies to make him more floopy - remove some stuffing!)

Yasi can groom Willix while I do 'double trouble' and not feel left out! I searched the net for weeks to find a black and white dutch, there are loads of brown and grey cuddly bunnies, or ones that are 'cartoonish' - but then found this one on Hamleys website - what a result!

Im sure Willix will be much better behaved I bet Yasi loves her too.

Im not allowed soft toys.....my OH had a bad experience with his Ex (who had an obsession with soft toys). So apart we dont have them cos they "freak him out" (dont tell him I find it hilarious!!)

I haven't got a name for it yet as I haven't had it long but I might call it 'Poppet' after our brindle and white Dutch girl who we lost last in January 2010 with cancer.

On my phone it took me a while to figure out which was the real bunny

@Dotdot: When I look out of the corner of my eye im not sure whether I see a real one or the cuddly, Im glad it was the cuddly lying on the table earlier, Willow and Felix havent mastered that one yet touch wood!

Oh dear!

Felix is having 'time out' while I scrub the cover and have wanged the cushion (feather one from john lewis, not a cheapo unfortunatley) in the bin!

Willix is currently in a tunnel with a load of hay and some pellets - Yasi has checked his bum and had a chat with him about fly strike etc, and the fact that he will be going in for lypo suction later so he can flop like the real ones - dont you just love 9 year olds, so grown up at times and so utterly absorbed in their games at others - oh and now willix is listening to the ipod with big dj headphones! Good job the real ones can run off when they dont want to play
