Hey lovlies,

Might sound like a stupid question, but...isobelle isn't well and I want to know if I should get her vaccinated?? will it affect her at all? xx

I don't think you can get your rabbit vaccinated against Pasturella because it is something that most rabbits have already. It only causes problems in some animals and at that point you need to deal with it. You did know that your rabbits probably had this problem when you got them, so I would suggest that you take them to the vet.

Nooo not vaccine against pasturella, against myxi and vhd Smile I know they did, Isobelle's been to the vet and we now have a treatment plan AND she's put wieght on Very Happy xx

You would need to check out with your vet because sometimes they don't like to vaccinate if a rabbit is unwell as it is a strain on their immune system. However, your vet will know whether this is a good idea or not. You will have to wait a fortnight between vaccinations.

Sounds like you are doing a good job with her. So glad to hear she is getting stronger. Thumbs Up

I'll ask on sat when she gets her injection bless her, she was so grumpy today she clawed my face Sad Poor girl, I guess he doesn't really understand it all does she?

That's what I mean about vaccines, depends if they're live I would imagine, but I think it's best to ask the vet anyway Smile Just thought I'd pick ya'll brains first, cos you're all so smart and stuffs XD
