VERY pleased with new vets
They were brilliant, it's a lovely building and the reception staff were lovely and fine about us being late
The vet her self was amazing, really good with the rabbits, seemed to know a lot about them as she breeds them herself and gave them a PROPER check over, nothing like what they have had before. She said they are both in really good condition and was really impressed...and said I have two quite unusual looking rabbits Lunas weight is perfect and she has really good teeth, so does Thistle. She said most of the rabbits she sees are overweight I'm so glad I made the decision to switch, they are a bit more costly/harder to get too but it's so worth it now I won't worry when somethings wrong with them that the vet won't know what to do. Happy me! Happy bunnys!

Re: VERY pleased with new vets
Oh that's great news for you all It just shows, kinda sadly, that vets need to listen to clients from time to time, and not assume they know nothing. One of the reasons we have John C as our specialist is because he loves it when people come in asking questions and having done research on the net etc

Oh so happy for you and the buns
We travel 50 miles to our vet as she is wonderful and when you have 21 rabbits you need a good vet, we don't mind the extra miles or cost if it means getting good service which we do.

That is brilliant. I am so glad that they turned out to be a good choice. Now you can do your letter to the other lot pointing out what rotten customer service you got.

Isn't t a lovely feeling when you know your buns are receiving the right treatment? I am very pleased for you love; we have a rabbit savvy vet too and it is a great comfort.
