Does the Bun have a nasal discharge?
If so is it just watery and clear or is it thickish and white?
Are the inner sides of Buns front feet sticky ( from wiping his/her nose)

Any other symptoms such as sneezing and/or runny eyes?

Smile

no - she just sounds a bit 'snuffly' mainly when she is sniffing or breathing fast - she had a tiny bit of elasticy snot on her nostril which i think she wiped on my jumper but that was just like snot colour and since then there has been no more snot. This morning she doesn't sound so snuffly. There are no other symptoms.

It could just be an allergy problem.
Being obligate nose breathers Buns can be sensitive to environmental allergens.
Is she a lop or a Nethie by any chance?

Oh yes, the heat deffo affects some Buns in that way.
I asked about her breed as Dental problems can cause a Bun to have a snuffly nose and Lops and Nethies appear to be effected more due to the shape of their skull.

Aa-ha !!

Has she had a skull Xray ? Its often the tooth roots that cause the problem. Elongated tooth roots can push into the nasal passages. This can then lead to a Snuffles-like problem.
