Piglet and Guinness - bonded pair, Tyne & Wear

Name: Piglet (F) and Guinness (M)
Size: Guinness is a fairly large bunny, Piglet a little smaller
Age: Guinness is around 5 years old, Piglet 3 1/2.
Bonded pair, Must be homed together.
Both neutered.
About: Piglet and Guinness are a lovely pair. Piglet is shy until she gets to know you, but then she is a great bun. She is very protective of Guinness. Guinness is a very chilled out character. He doesn't like being picked up, but loves to have his silky coat stroked. This is their second time in rescue, this time due to their owners moving and being unable to take them. They've been in rescue since March 2010.
Ideal home: This pair would be best as indoor bunnies. A patient owner is required to draw Piglet out of her shell. Piglet is a little overweight, and would benefit from regular access to a run.

aren't they? poor darlings they were rehomed once and then sent back I think

Piglet and Guinness are still looking for their forever home. They've been with their wonderful fosterer for a long time and are constantly overlooked. It is their second time with us through no fault of their own - their former owners emigrated.

That's precisely how I've felt since logging on this morning and seeing the little "reserved" sign under their entry on the site! They've been with Pawz twice through no fault of their own, for around 2 years. It's well past time for their forever home, so fingers crossed all works out!
