Hello
I'm from East Lothian in Scotland and am still pretty new to all things rabbity. Our family rehomed a lovely boy rabbit we've called Angus in May. He's white and some kind of lop - vet was unsure of exact breed. He's 2 years old and I must admit I wasn't too keen to have him but after pressure from the family agreed. He came with his hutch and run. So onto the web I went looking for as much info as possible about rabbits - now we had him I may as well do it right. He is really my daughters rabbit and she's 11 but I knew I would get involved. Anyway, after finding out lots of information we got him neutered, vaccinated and decided to find him a wife...........We purchased a bigger hutch with run attached from Happyhutch and waited to find a friend for him. In July we got Mhairi from the RSPCA, she was neutered and had been found wandering in the street. She's a Himalayan. The bonding was fantastic and they are so happy together. My daughter is great and takes her role very seriously, up weekday mornings at 6.30am efore school, feeding and re stocking hay. I'm now so pleased we got Angus then Mhairi and delighted to find this forum! I've got lots of questions and am looking forward to finding out lots more info about rabbits!

Re: Hello
Hi there, welcome to HH
I took on a bunny for my son, and ended up falling in love with her myself. They are adorable animals who are so overlooked and misunderstood. Lots of information and knowledgeable people on here, so get posting.
