Thanks everyone for the thoughts and vibes I have been feeling somewhat worked up since yesterday and obviously this morning. Feels rubbish when you have to leave them

Anyways, the vet phoned not too long ago to say we can pick him up at 5.40, and everything went well

So looking forward to seeing my (sleepy) boy!

Joey is back home, although he is very sleepy and can't keep his eyes open. Given him some food so will wait and see. I feel really upset at putting him through this, but his humping was becoming a real problem and he was obviously frustrated.

Will be having a quiet evening keeping an eye on him.

So glad that everything went alright. It is such a worry when they are having an operation.

When my first bunny Holly went into the vet for her spay, I got a call at 10.30 from the vet. My heart was absolutely pounding with fear, however, it turned to mortification quickly when the I discovered the reason for their call.

Turns out Holly had picked up fleas from her previous owner's cats and was completely infested!!! (I was really new to bunnies then). When they put her under, all these fleas came tumbling out and they had to postpone her spay. I was mortified when I went in to collect her.

Aww Im so glad he is okay. He will be a bit sleepy today - but I expect will be feeling much better tomorrow.

Please give him a little nose rub from us.

Its such a worry when they are in the vets, I get myself in a little state every time x x x
