Further to the 'ok it's Sunday' thread, I'm wondering, is there something in the air today??

Thumper is crazy today!!!

She ate all her food before 1pm
She hasn't slept at all. Since I got up at 9.45 Double
She is hopping around like a 10 month old bunny, never mind 10 years old!
She's doing circuits of the sofas
She's throwing plastic tubs and toys everywhere. Toys are usually ignored.
I use a shower curtain to protect my carpet in the area of the living room where she sits. It's full of holes, seriously like Swiss cheese.
Her poor tent has had a day of abuse, it's been thrown around the room. It's currently upside down, while she's busy sooking the tie down straps *goes away to stop her. Again*

No idea what's got into her

Anyone else got a bun being extra crazy today?

I bought a new log basket last week and thinking of lighting fires soon I brought it into the sitting room to decide just where to stand it before filling it. Well his nibs had to investigate! He put his paws up on the lip and tried to peer inside... it tipped over on top off him!
He was stuck underneath and within seconds the basket was trundling across the hearth rug accompainied by a lot of paw scrabbling, grunts and the occasional muffled growl!

Yeah... somethings in the air!

Good to know dear Thumper picked up on it. One thing better to see than a playful bunny kit is a playful oldie.... GO THUMPER, GO!!!!

Maybe he can see a spider that you can't..... That's usually the reason for Thumpers thumping!

It's usually because I have failed to provide something he has not told me I should be providing.

My 2 have only been out for about half an hour today and slept for reast of it, well when Flora wasnt wrecking the place

That is indeed Thumper, a very old picture! She's actually a lady bun

I have no idea what kind of lop she is as she was found in a field by my father in law in. We didn't know if she was male or female and she spent the entire first night thumping - hence how she got her name

I can't post pics from my phone but there are loads in photoshoots if you want to see her better

aww yes please she looks a little like my flopsy from your avatar she's a french lop and so cuddly mad and loving..

She is very sweet and loves her mum

If you go to page 2 of photoshoots there is one of her sleeping near the top of the list. There are loads more in there somewhere tho

I'd be interested to hear what you think when you have seen her fully because I have no idea

I have absolutely no clue.

I knew nothing about rabbits when I became her bunny mum. I've asked vets before and they just say 'lop'

Although, I was knackered by the end of the day from cleaning up behind her
