thought you may like to see my border collie called bobby,
my niece originally went just to view him but as she arrived the owner ran out with him and threw him into the cab and a box of bits then said bye and went in so my niece asked me if she could bring him to me as she has children and wanted to see how he interacted with them first, he was a year old then,
well he came and sat by me and refused to move so 8 and a half years later he's still with me and won't leave my side.
i class him as my rescue
he has lots of little quirks,
when we get pot or pans out to cook he runs and hides he tries to herd up my nineteen year old who now just laughs at him he is such a loving but jealouse and posessive boy towards me so keep him away from contact with my buns but he does share the house with them and sees them all day maybe someday he will be friends with them it would be so nice.
love him to bits though

he refuses to get in a car since only once in the 8 and a half years have i managed and that was when he hurt his claw while running and had to have an op at the vets..
he allways poses when i get the camera out and always that lovely gooeey look.

Fine looking collie. Have you seen the photo of my collie, Misty on one of the woodwench threads Maysie put on photoshoot for me? She was a rescue and a brilliant girl and loved all my buns. There's a lovely shot of her lying at full stretch with Mr Toast O'Riley. You may one day see Booby lying thus with one of your buns.

wow yes just seen her how gorgeouse i hope my bobby will but at the mo he tries to nip at them i think its partly a herding instinct and partly territory and jelousy he has had me to himself all this time till my girls arrived.
did you have anything like this at first and how did you get her to accept your bun who is a sweetie as well by the way
