strange

i was a little concerned this morning every morning usually both flopsy and daisy get really excited when i'm putting their food in and can hardly get it in before they are at it.
today they seemed uninterested daisy was other side noming hay so was ok but flopsy just sat there looking at me so i was really worried about her i picked her up and checked her and cuddled her she seems fine so i put her down and offered her a treat which she took and ate enthusiastically she then nommed a little hay then drank my question is does this happen occasionally.
they are both up to date with myxi and vhd jabs..

dunno hun, he may have been having a good munch on hay as Im sure rabbits eat most at dusk and dawn. Not sure someone will correct if im wrong. Or if they dont get out much to burn off energy they wont be as hungry! I recon keep a eye on her maybe some hand feeding ?

This is true

It's odd that they are both uninterested. Maybe they had a sqaubble - stress can cause lack of interest. I'd keep an eye on them for the next few hours.
Do either have any dental probs that you know of?

thanks yes they may just not be hungry at mo they had a good runaround they all seem to be chilling out nearly asleep,
they must have had a big party last night
they don't have any dental probs that i know of and were ok at recent vet visit.
ithink maybe they have had a tiff because they are laying opposit ends at moment
am keeping a close eye on her though i'm probably being over worrying.

just a quick update both are now noming up their veg

hmmmm - id just keep an eye on them, see how they go with their tea tonight?

i am keeping a very keen eye but they seem to be ok now they have eaten some broc and a little carrot but it was the pellets she is normally eager for in the morning but wasn't this morning the pellets were changed from junior to adult last week and seemed ok with it so assume its not that but they would not sit or play together today untill recently but now are cuddling up together.

They do eat mostly then yeah, thats when there most active, altho I am never out there at that time of the morning with charlies food, I go out as soon as I get kids fed and me, get dressed then go out with his fresh food, most of the time he still has some hay, I top that up late on in the afternoon or early evening.

Ha ha Fiver love, I think they had!! They have probably over eaten and now feel very sorry for themselves.

Snuffie has fads, one day I can put something down and he will eat it, another day he will look at me as if to say"what the hell's this?"

Please let us know how they get on love.

hmmm i'm being played again me thinks,
first no enthusiasm second sit away from each other third get treats fourth get cuddles yay our humin is slavin

thanks lizzi i hpe not daisy does seem to be dominant but there was no fur around and no big mess but am watching them they are now laying in a cuddle but not seen them groom each other today

They'd probably stuffed on hay and didn't fancy any brekkie. Loll as fads to (boy does he ever!) and sometimes I offer something and, like today I bought him some lovely fresh broccoli, offered him a piece and he sniffed it, hopped back like it had bit him and gave me one of his famous side-ways glares, saying "You trying to poison me, woman?"

does sound like my lot just stroked bluebell without any problems then after walked away as if to say don't push it

hi katie yes have they not stopped really ate up the pellets and had some parsly lots of hay
did worry me this morning but really energetic and happy.

trouble is i had to take my tramadol last night and head was not mine for a while so did not hear their wild party lol hahaha

Oh so glad the bunnies are eating again

They don't like their bun-slaves sitting down for too long; we have to be kept on the hop so to speak LOL!!
